Returning of products

If you want to return products from your order, please contact our customer service for registration within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the return and shipping costs.

You may return a product if:
  1. The product has not been used
  2. The product is in same condition as you received it in, and all the parts of the product as well as the original product package and manual are included in the return shipment
  3. The product has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent shipping package.
If you are unsure whether you want to keep a product that requires assembly or installation, you must decide on its return before it is assembled or installed.

The original packaging can be a significant part of the value of the product. Therefore, always remember to return the product in the original packaging if possible. If the product appears to have been used or appears in poorer condition than delivered to you, we cannot guarantee the full amount will be refunded to you. Please note that returns must be made directly to our warehouse; Prime Cargo.

  1. Contact our customer service for registration of the return – kundeservice@moodings.com
  2. Fill out the return form enclosed in the received shipment with information of quantity of products you are returning and the appropriate return code number:
              No. 2. The product did not meet my expectations
              No. 3. Regret the acquirement
              No. 4. Other reason for returning
  3. Pack the products in the original packaging, you wish to return and enclose the filled out return form
  4. Apply Moodings return address to the return shipment – see the address below
  5. Mark the shipment ”MOODINGS (RETURN)”
  6. Arrange delivery to Moodings warehouse; Prime Cargo 
We recomment, that you use a trackable shipment method and save the receipt, in case there should be any problems with the shipment and the shipment does not reach our warehouse. 

For shipment not suitable for GLS, UPS etc., we can help you with a quotation for a pick up delivery to our warehouse – please contact customer service for more information.

Refund
As soon as the product is received, checked and approved at our warehouse, we will refund the amount to the account from which the product was purchased. If the product appears to have been used or appears in poorer condition than delivered to you, we cannot guarantee the full amount will be refunded to you. Unfortunately it is only possible to refund to the same bank account as the product was purchased from. Notice it may take about 2 weeks from receipt of the product to our warehouse to the refund to your account.

Do you have a claim?
Should you experience a fault, defect or damaged product, you always have the right to make a claim. The claim should consist of a description of the problem including pictures showing the problem for documentation. We encourage you to send several pictures – also showing the packaging – as this will help os in the process of evaluating the case correctly.
